Psychotherapy

A confidential, one-on-one space to explore personal challenges, build emotional resilience, and foster lasting change. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, or relationship issues, therapy is tailored to your unique needs and goals. Dr. Lively is trained in multiple evidence-based therapies and can help you decide on a treatment plan designed for your individual needs. Sessions are currently conducted via telehealth only. Fees are $200 per 50-minute session, however, I offer a number of spots based on a sliding scale (discounted fee based on need).

Whole Health Coaching

Focused on achieving balance and fulfillment, wellness coaching helps you clarify your values, set meaningful goals, and develop practical strategies for living a more intentional and empowered life. Ideal for individuals seeking personal development, stress management, or lifestyle shifts. Sessions are currently conducted via telehealth only. Fees are $200 per 50-minute session, however, a number of spots based on a sliding scale (discounted fee based on need) are offered. Dr. Lively completed the Whole Health Coach Training through the VA.

Workshops for Organizations

Interactive sessions designed to build skills, deepen self-awareness, and create community. Topics may include mindfulness, emotional regulation, self-compassion, burnout prevention, and more. Workshops are ideal for companies or organizations who understand they perform best when their members are supported in mental wellness. Workshops can be conducted virtually or may be held in person depending on location logistics. Fees vary.
