Psychotherapy

A confidential, one-on-one space to explore personal challenges, build emotional resilience, and foster lasting change. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, or relationship issues, therapy is tailored to your unique needs and goals. Dr. Lively is trained in multiple evidence-based therapies and can help you decide on a treatment plan designed for your individual needs.

Dr. Lively works with adults of all ages and treats a variety of mental health concerns. However, she has specialized training in mindfulness, anxiety treatment, mind/body health, relationship patterns, and LGBTQ+ concerns. Dr. Lively also provides assessments and support for individuals seeking gender-affirming care in accordance with WPATH Standards of Care.

Fees are $180 per 50-minute session, however, I offer a number of spots based on a sliding scale (discounted fee based on need).

Workshops for Organizations

Interactive sessions designed to build skills, deepen self-awareness, and create community. Topics may include mindfulness, emotional regulation, self-compassion, burnout prevention, and more. Workshops are ideal for companies and organizations who understand their members perform best when they thrive.

Workshops can be conducted virtually or may be held in person depending on location logistics. Fees vary.
