Meet Dr. Lively

Hello! I am so glad you are here taking the steps to prioritize your mental health. I have been working as a Licensed Psychologist for over 13 years and have worked with clients in counseling centers, private practice, and Veterans Affairs. I work with young to elder adults navigating a wide range of challenges—from anxiety and depression to relationship issues, self-esteem concerns, and life transitions. My goal is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes in your life.

My therapeutic approach is integrative, drawing from a variety of evidence-based modalities to best meet your individual needs. Whether you're looking to develop practical coping strategies, explore patterns from your past, or gain deeper insight into your emotional experiences, we'll work together in a way that feels collaborative and tailored to you. I believe therapy is most effective when a genuine connection is created. I bring a warm, grounded presence to each session, and I approach this work with both curiosity and care. My hope is to help you connect with your most authentic self, which is where all growth lives.

Wherever you are in your journey, I’m here to help you move toward greater clarity, resilience, and well-being. When not working, I love creating coloring books, walking in the woods, reading, writing fiction, learning weird facts about animals, and hanging out with my family.

I am happy to answer any questions you may have about therapy or my approach.
